Yeah, summer is a great time to visit. We have nine Oregon Tribes, and we are all doing celebrations and such, check out the websites for trip ideas. In Oregon we have the Warm Springs, Umatilla, Cow Creek, Coquille, Coos, Grande Ronde, Siletz, Burns Paiute and Klamath Tribes. You can read more about each tribal nation on the individual websites for each Tribe. The Tribes are scattered throughout Oregon. The State of Oregon has a Commission on Indian Services office and they have information on all the Tribes also on their website. ooncha.
It is a great State, and very eclectic in nature, we have the desert, ocean, mountains and rich green valleys. It would all depend on your interests. Hope you can make it out here one day.
