**Native Vote Terms and Conditions. By clicking submit you grant Native Vote, the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI), and their contractors, agents, or employees the rights and permissions to use or publish your submitted written content, images, and/or likeness in any digital, electronic, print, or any other form or format for Native Vote educational materials, voter campaigns, and associated collateral without payment, compensation, or any other consideration. Further, you understand and agree that any written content, images, and/or likeness may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and you hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, you understand, agree, and intend that: (1) you are at least 18 years of age; (2) you have honestly represented yourself and your tribal affiliation and/or membership; (3) you have the permission and ownership over the written content and images you are submitting; (4) you have completely read and fully understand the terms and conditions; (5) you are authorizing the use, display, transmission, and/or dissemination of your written content, images, and/or likeness electronically, via the Internet, in a public educational setting, and/or otherwise; and (6) there is no time limit on the duration or validity of this agreement, nor any geographic limitation on the location or locations where your content, images, and/or likeness may be used, displayed, or disseminated.
